Cruise Charter Conditions

1. Deposits and Payments
   • Deposit for Sole Charter: One day's charter rate
     (Payable 14 days following confirmation of booking.)
   • Final Payment: 30 Days prior to departure.
   • Refund of 50%, between confirmation and 60 days prior to departure.
   • No refund, 59 days prior to departure.

3. Insurance
   We recommend that you secure complete travel insurance coverage. Special insurance coverage is available from our insurance carrier at fair market rates.

5. Cuisine
   All meals served on board are prepared to high standards, combining both local and western dishes, with a selection of fresh tropical fruits and vegetables. Any special meal requests or dietary requirements must be made at the time of booking.

6. Not Included
   Air transportation, Airport tariffs, Hotel accommodations other than as stated. Drinks or refreshments, laundry services, personal and baggage insurance, other items of a personal nature, and all taxes. Because some ports have excessive port charges, harbor fees and landing fees are not covered in the basic charge rate.

   Cruise itineraries are always subject to change due to weather or safety conditions.
